Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original mailer or a secure package and affix the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
